To volunteer to work with us, you must first fill out and submit the Gratuitous Service Agreement. Once this is received, you will be granted access to the Volunteer Corner with a username and password. In the Volunteer Corner you will be able to sign up to work various hours.

* This agreement will be on file with the Toys for Tots Coordinator before you are allowed to volunteer. To become a volunteer, please download and fill out this form, sign and fax to 817-479-0015, attn Susan Woerly. Please include your contact information, phone number and email address on the form.
